  This place USED to be amazing. Sandro's on high st 100% better now. Staff at the main are lovely, however they now take on too many customers and not enough staff. Mucked up our order 3 times in a row now and takes a long time to get drinks every visit. Maybe either take out some tables so not so many customers meaning less pressure or hire even more staff even though there's already loads. Many friends are now going to the competition at Sandros as not so cramped and food is just as good and well priced. I wish the main was still good, it used to be ours and many friends/family's favourite place. Needs work

  Thanks for destroying Mother's day, we have booked 2 weeks ago, for a table for 6, at 1PM, we got there 12.50 PM and there was a long line of people, I thought to my self oh no!
  there should NOT be that many people trying to get in, but they have over booked, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for nearly 60 minutes, while observing how the management were to handle the issue, NO one had a clue
  Thank You "The Main" for ruining this my Mother's Day. had we stayed and NOT make an executive decision to leave, we would have at best been seated and eating nearly 2 hours after our reservation time, providing they would have got our orders right. To say I'm not happy would be an understatement.
  they clearly have NO concept of booking people in to dine, NO idea of customer service, and if they don't address this problem they will soon find them self in deep HOT water,
